About Me
Hi, I’m Melinda—a fertility concierge leader, global health advocate, and lifelong believer in the power of empathy, innovation, and individualized care.
As Head of Concierge Client Success at Doveras, I guide intended parents through one of the most personal and emotionally significant journeys of their lives: building a family. Whether through surrogacy, egg donation, or other fertility paths, I lead with experience, precision, and compassion, drawing on both my professional expertise and my own lived journey through fertility navigation.
My passion for this work was born not just from my career, but from my life. I’ve been through the complexities of fertility myself and have supported close friends as they grew their families with the help of donors and surrogates. I know firsthand how overwhelming, emotional, and isolating the process can be—and how deeply people need not just services, but thoughtful support, clarity, and care.
With a background in high-touch client services, including work within the foundation space in family offices and high-net-worth individuals, I bring a deep understanding of the discretion, attention to detail, and personal sensitivity required in this space. I’ve spent more than a decade working across women’s health innovation, global health, and purpose-driven communications, consulting for organizations like the Gynecologic Research Foundation, CureCervicalCancer, and the Healthcare and Innovation Technology Lab, and leading strategic programming and communications for mission-driven initiatives on five continents.
Melinda has a certificate in Wellness Counseling from Cornell and earned a Master’s degree in Social Sciences from the Universitat Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona, Spain where as part of her studies interned at United Nations Headquarters at the UN Office for Partnerships. She majored in Philosophy and Political Science at Boston University and took part in their internship program where she worked in the Lord Mayor of Sydney’s office in Australia.
Melinda has developed programming and communications strategies for: The Gynecologic Research Foundation, Himalayan Children's Future Fund, United Nations Association of Southern New York, United Nations Democracy Fund, A Caring Hand - The Billy Esposito Fund, Women's Venture Fund, IDP Foundation, VEERAH, and Chasdrew Fund.
Melinda served on the National Council of the United Nations Association of the U.S. and served as Chair of the Board of the United Nations Association Young Professionals in New York City. She has spoken at the United Nations on young professional engagement and advocacy, and has curated and led conferences and educational events focused on health tech and healthcare innovation.
Melinda is based in Brooklyn, New York with her chiweenie Penny and in her spare time practices her skills as a photographer for nonprofits and meditation retreats around the world (Nepal, Spain, Uganda, Tanzania, Kenya... so far!) and is on a mission to visit every U.S. National Park.
