Melinda Richardson

I am the Head of Concierge Client Success at Doveras, where I support intended parents through one of the most meaningful experiences of their lives: building a family. My work centers on fertility concierge services - whether that’s surrogacy, donation, or other pathways. I approach every journey with equal parts expertise, clarity, and compassion. Having navigated fertility journeys for myself and others, I understand how emotional, overwhelming, and isolating the process can feel, and I am committed to making sure people feel supported, informed, and genuinely cared for at every step.​

 

Before joining Doveras, I spent several years in high-touch client service roles across family offices, foundations, startups, and relocation services. Those experiences taught me the importance of discretion, thoughtful communication, and meticulous attention to detail. Alongside my fertility work, I’ve devoted more than a decade to global health advocacy and nonprofit consulting, partnering with organizations such as the Gynecologic Research Foundation, CureCervicalCancer, and the Healthcare and Innovation Technology Lab to shape mission-driven programs and communications efforts. I currently serve as Vice President of the Himalayan Children’s Future Fund, which provides children in Nepal and India with essential support in healthcare, housing, and education.

 

My background includes a certificate in Wellness Counseling from Cornell and a Master’s in Social Sciences from the Universitat Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona, where I also interned at the United Nations Office for Partnerships. I studied Philosophy and Political Science at Boston University.​

I am based in Brooklyn with my chiweenie Penny and in my spare time I practice my skills as a photographer for nonprofits and meditation retreats around the world (Nepal, Spain, Uganda, Tanzania, Kenya... so far!) and I am currently on a mission to visit every U.S. National Park.
